Support Group

Grace House works with My Brothers Keeper to provide a support group for persons who are HIV-positive at our main facility. The support group is available for anyone who is HIV-positive and in need of peer support. If you are interested in a support group, please contact us here.

Case Management

Case management is provided to all persons in any program at Grace House. Case Management at Grace House focuses on any issue relevant to a household that is a barrier to housing independence. These issues include budgeting, life skills, education, medical and mental health connections to care, links to mainstream benefits and services, understanding of all case management possibilities, and personal rights. Additional case management is provided to the individual or household on personal and relevant issues.
